• My order never arrived but Tim (from NSW) was very helpful in getting an investigation started with AusPost as well as shipping a replacement order promptly. Very happy with your customer service.
• Very happy with the initial service. I had a faulty UV torch and onsolution replaced it within 3-4 days, no questions asked. Well done.
• Brilliant! In the case of a faulty torch. I contacted onsolution and they sent me out a new one within 3-4 days no questions asked. Very happy.
• The product was dispatched promptly, and followed up with tracking information and emails to check that it had arrived – excellent customer service.

• Speedy delivery upon order placement. Excellent service and support. I found a problem with 2 items I purchased which were replaced immediately after a short email discussion over a 24hr period. The new items were sent to me and once I received them the faulty items were returned. Excellent products backed by knowledgeable support/service staff.
