Waterproof Capsule

One of the great features of Thermochrons is that you can place them directly into a test environment without the need for a probe. But if the environment you are testing is extremely wet or steamy, liquid may get past the Thermochron’s water resistant seal and damage the circuitry.

This capsule creates a completely waterproof enclosure for the Thermochron, while still allowing the device to take accurate temperature readings.

The capsule is ideal for:

• Autoclaves and other sterilisers
• Dishwashers
• Monitoring heating and cooling processes in food manufacture
• Scientific research in outdoor or underwater environments
